Welcome to The Bog

Starting modestly as a class assignment, and then forgotten I have returned with the intention of embarking on a major "wetland restoration project" with the goal of bringing The Bog back to its future glory.

Finding Creativity in Nature

While walking to Moody Garage back from class, I noticed that the pruning scars on the new oak trees planted, looked like old ragged eyes. Which got me thinking and sketching how the eyes may form. Eyes really are extremely interesting part of the body, they have so many layers and are all so unique. From the eyelid and surrounding wrinkles and lashes, to the reflection on the surface,to the inevitable cataracts, to the intricately patterned iris to the jagged red veins, through the pupil into the cornea and its array of nerves and vesicles, to the upside down reflection of well yourself, or who ever is looking in the eye, and finally the dull glaze of death.
