Is GOOGLE the Next Creative Ad Giant?

This article out of the Wall Street Journal discusses Google Inc., the company that "championed the belief that advertising should be less about art and more about science" and how it has had a change of heart when it comes to creativity in adverting, as is attempts to break into the display ad business. Google after "buying online video site YouTube in 2006 and display-ad company DoubleClick in 2008" has no shortage of resources, but is making up for lost time creatively. Google according to many in the creative advertising world is making a substantial investment. It has created new facilities and is restructuring to work more fluidly with ad agencies. I found this interesting, because the Internet is currently, a relatively untapped and untamed frontier and only by creatives and Internet search giants working together can its power be fully harnessed.
